The following conditions have been created based on the specific needs and nature of the Style & Dine Studio website (Salix Partner OÜ, reg. no. 12332635, VAT registration no. EE101679592), hereinafter referred to as "the website" or "the Studio," and govern the use of the offerings on the website.

These Terms establish an agreement between the website owner and its users, detailing our terms and conditions. By accessing or using the website, booking a show via email, or placing an order by phone, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The user of the website must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and must have the legal authority, right, and capacity to enter into a binding agreement under these Terms. You are not permitted to use this website or obtain services if prohibited by any law or regulation in your country or applicable to you.

When purchasing a product/service, you agree that:

(i) you are responsible for reading the product/service description before committing to the purchase;

(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of goods/services upon completing the purchase and payment process (including paying in cash).

The owner of the Style & Dine Studio website (hereinafter referred to as "Studio," "Website," or "Webshop") is Salix Partner OÜ (registration code 12332635, VAT registration number EE101679592), with its registered address at Õismäe tee 34-64, Tallinn 13511, Estonia.

VALIDITY OF THE SALES CONTRACT, PRODUCT, AND PRICE INFORMATION

  1. The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the Website.

  2. The prices of products sold on the Website are indicated next to the items. Prices are in euros and include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia. The seller reserves the right to change prices and offer special discounts.

  3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and chosen delivery method. The fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

  4. Information about the products is provided on the Website directly next to the items.

  5. If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to unavailability or any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. The payment (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, no later than 14 days after notification.

E-STORE PURCHASE PROCESS

1. The customer selects a product in the e-store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

2. To complete the order, click the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart, after which the customer will be redirected to the order completion page. After entering the required details, the customer pays for the product using a credit/debit card (via Stripe.com) or through Estonian bank links and other payment methods (via MakeCommerce or Maksekeskus).

3. After the payment is completed, the online store sends an order confirmation to the customer's email.

4. When placing the order, the customer must ensure the accuracy of the entered information.

5. The seller is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

PRODUCTS

1. Products displayed in the e-shop are either available in stock or marked for pre-order. Product availability may be affected by technical issues within the online store.

2. If a customer places an order but the product is out of stock, the store cannot fulfill the order. In such cases, the seller will contact the customer to offer a replacement product, provide a new delivery time, or refund the purchase amount within 3 days.

3. Product photos displayed in the e-shop are illustrative and may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the products.

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Payment by Credit/ Debit Card 

Payments are processed through the Stripe payment platform (stripe.com), one of the most secure and widely used systems globally. To complete a payment, enter your card number, name, and security code. Card information can be stored for future use, and all data is securely protected. The online store does not have access to your card information. Both debit and credit cards are accepted.

E-gift Card.

If you have a webshop e-gift card, you can use it as a payment method by entering the unique code provided in your gift card email. The e-gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Estonian Bank Payments by Make Commerce: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay, Revolut, N26.

Puy Now, Pay later: Inbank pay in three payments, pay next month or Inbank Installment.

NB! When paying via bank link, click the "Back to Merchant" button after completing the transaction.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS, and they take place in a secure environment. Bank link payments are processed within the respective bank’s secure system, and credit card payments are processed within the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to customers' bank or credit card data.

Salix Partner OÜ is the data controller and forwards the necessary personal data to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS, for payment purposes.

WITHDRAWAL

1. You have the right to exchange or return the ordered product within 14 days. The 14-day period begins from the moment you receive the product.

2. To withdraw, the customer must send a withdrawal statement to the email address info@styledinestudio.ee.

3. When returning goods, the principle is that the return should be made in the same manner as the goods were delivered to the buyer.

4. The seller is not obliged to reimburse the customer for transport costs related to the return.

5. The seller will refund the cost of the returned product(s), along with any delivery costs incurred, to the customer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. The customer must return the goods within 14 days of sending the withdrawal statement. The e-store may withhold the refund until the product(s) are returned or until proof of return is provided by the buyer, whichever occurs first. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, clean, and free of signs of wear. The product must also be complete, including original packaging and any items included, such as user manuals, certificates, etc.

6. If the goods have been used for purposes other than to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality, or show signs of wear, the e-store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in the product’s value.

 

CLAIMS

1. Products sold in the online store are subject to a 2-year claim period as per § 218 subsection 2 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. Disputes between the customer and the seller should be resolved through negotiation.

2. The customer must contact the online store via email at info@styledinestudio.ee within two months of discovering any defects.

3. If goods purchased from the e-store are found to have defects for which the seller is responsible, the seller will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the seller will refund all costs related to the sales contract.

4. The seller will respond to the customer’s claim within 15 days of receiving it.

5. Under § 222 subsection 1 of the Law of Obligations Act, the customer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product if it does not conform to the terms of the contract. If the product does not meet the contract's terms, the seller will cover the costs of repair or replacement, including transport, postal, labor, travel, and material costs.

6. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by the improper use of products, or for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control, including force majeure.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

1. The seller and the customer are mutually responsible for damages caused by breaches of these terms of use, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. The seller’s liability is limited to the sale price of the product.

3. The customer agrees to use the online store services only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS MODIFICATION

1. By registering in the online store or making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms of use and undertakes to comply with them.

2. The sales contract between the seller and the customer comes into effect when the seller receives payment for the purchase.

3. The seller may change the terms of use and product prices at any time without notice. Notifications of changes will be published in the e-store. The prices and conditions visible to the customer at the time of the transaction will apply to that transaction.

4. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the product price displayed in the e-store was incorrect due to a technical error.

DIRECT MARKETING AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

a. The website uses personal data provided by the buyer only to process orders and deliver goods. Personal data may be shared with transport companies for delivery purposes.
b. The website sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has subscribed by entering their email and opting in to receive such communications.
c. By registering as a user, you can manage your preferences for receiving notifications in your profile.
d. The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the unsubscribe link in the email.

 

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

If you have any complaints regarding the online store, please send them by email to info@styledinestudio.ee.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between the buyer and the online store, the buyer may appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The committee resolves disputes arising from contracts between buyers and the online store, and the review of the buyer’s complaint is free of charge.

The buyer may also use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

You can order from the Style & Dine Studio online store to the following regions: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
Please select the DESTINATION COUNTRY to calculate the shipping fee.

When selecting ESTONIA as the destination, you can choose from the following delivery options:

Courier

Package weight 0-5 kg, cost €5

Package weight 5-15 kg, cost €8

Package weight 15 kg or more, cost €20

 

Note: A package handling fee for gentle handling of €1.60 is added to every order.

The products will be delivered by courier to the address you specified within 1-5 business days after the order confirmation is received. The courier will contact you by phone to agree on a suitable delivery time.

 

When selecting LATVIA or LITHUANIA as the destination, you can choose from the following delivery options:

Package weight 3-10 kg, cost €15

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contact details provided before placing an order to avoid delays or misunderstandings in product delivery. The seller is not liable for delays or misunderstandings in the delivery of products if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the customer when placing the order.

If the product does not arrive in good condition and in a sealed package, the customer must notify us by sending an email to info@styledinestudio.ee or calling +372 5825 3177.

PRIVACY TERMS

1. General Provisions

These privacy terms govern the principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored by the data controller Salix Partner OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller").
a. A data subject, as defined by these privacy terms, is a customer or any other natural person whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller.
b. A customer, as defined by these privacy terms, is anyone who purchases goods or services from the Data Controller’s website.
c. The Data Controller follows the principles of data processing as set out in legal acts, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The Data Controller confirms that personal data has been processed in accordance with legal provisions.

These data protection terms have been drawn up in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, and other applicable Estonian and EU legislation.

2.What types of information do we collect?

Personal data collected, processed, and stored by the Data Controller is primarily gathered electronically through the website and email. We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way.
a. By sharing personal data, the data subject grants the Data Controller the right to collect, organize, use, and manage personal data for the purposes defined in the privacy policy. This includes any data directly or indirectly provided when purchasing goods or services through the website.
b. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, correct, and complete. Knowingly providing false information is considered a breach of the privacy policy. The data subject must promptly inform the Data Controller of any changes to the provided data.
c. The Data Controller is not liable for any damages caused to the data subject or third parties resulting from the provision of false information.

The Data Controller may process the following personal data of the data subject:

  • First and last name, phone number, email address, delivery address, account number, and the name of the payer (whether private or legal entity), as well as payment card details.

  • We also collect your IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login details, email address, password, computer and connection information, and purchase history.

  • We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, visit durations for certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to leave the page.

  • Additionally, we collect identifiable information (including name, email address, password, and communication), payment information (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profiles.

Furthermore, the Data Controller has the right to collect data about the customer from public registers.

The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1) (a), (b), (c), and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
a. The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
b. The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
c. The processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
f. The processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, particularly if the data subject is a child.

3. Why do we collect and store personal data for a long time?

a. To provide and manage orders, we store data for up to seven years after making a purchase.

b. To provide customer assistance, customer management and technical support, we store data for up to seven years after making a purchase.

c. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including financial activities and accounting. we keep the data for 7 years after the last transaction.

d. In order to be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and advertising messages, we retain until the data subject expresses a wish to stop receiving the information.

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company meet the standards established by PCI-DSS, which is administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our store and its service providers.

The data processor stores the data of the data subjects depending on the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 10 years.

4. Who do we share personal data with?

a. The data processor has the right to share customers' personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, companies providing transfer services. The data processor is the responsible processor of personal data.

The data processor transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS and the payment intermediary platform Stripe.com.

b. When processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, modification, disclosure and any other illegal processing.

5. What are the rights of the data subject?

a. The data subject has the right to get access to his personal data and to consult them.

b. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of his personal data.

c. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.

d. If the data processor processes the data subject's personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

e. The data subject can contact our customer support at info@styledinestudio.ee to exercise their rights.

f. The data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect his rights.

7. Privacy policy updates.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please review it often. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately after they are published on the website.
